Choosing to get help when you have been struggling alone is the first step in your courageous journey. I understand that searching for a therapist that meets your needs can feel overwhelming. My goal is to work with you collaboratively to reach a place of freedom from the most critical parts of yourself. Whether you are dealing with feelings of sadness, anxiety, and frustration, or trying to find a more peaceful relationship with food and your body, I am here to listen, support, and challenge you. I believe in each person's innate ability to find meaning, peace, and joy in their lives.
I specialize in treating eating disorders, trauma, and anxiety. I combine my personal experience of recovering from my own eating disorder with my clinical experience in residential and outpatient mental health clinics. Treating eating disorders requires specialized skill and a deep understanding of the complex nature of these disorders. I am here to help.
